1. On-Device Processing

ToneScoop Video Crop Pro processes all videos entirely on your device. Videos, frames and analysis results are never uploaded, transmitted or shared with any server. You can use the app fully offline.

2. Data We Collect

The app itself collects no personal data. However, third-party services integrated for monetization may collect limited data as described below.

3. Advertising (AdMob)

The free version displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. When you allow tracking (App Tracking Transparency prompt), AdMob may use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to deliver personalized ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time in your device settings.

4. Purchases (In-App Purchase)

Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Apple App Store. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and is never accessible to us. Purchases can be restored on any device signed in with your Apple ID.

5. Permissions

• Photo Library — used only to pick videos to edit and to save exported videos you choose to save. We never scan or transmit your library.
• Local Network — used only when you enable the WiFi transfer feature, to serve a local web page on your own network for uploading videos from your computer. No traffic leaves your local network.

6. Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
