1. Introduction

TS File Explorer is a local file management tool for your device. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the app.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. You do not need an account to use the app.

3. Local File Processing

All file operations — compressing, extracting, converting, transferring — are performed locally on your device. Your files are never uploaded to our servers. You can use the app fully offline.

4. Cloud Drive Services

The app can connect to third-party cloud services (WebDAV, Quark, Baidu Pan, Google Drive, Dropbox, SMB, FTP, SFTP) that you configure. Data transferred through these connections goes directly between your device and the service you choose, subject to that service's own privacy policy.

5. Advertising

The free version displays ads from Google AdMob and U-AppWin. These providers may collect device information and, with your permission, the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to deliver personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

6. Purchases

Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Purchases can be restored on any device signed in with your Apple ID.

7. Data Storage and Security

Your files and settings are stored only on your device. Optional features like App Lock use Face ID / Touch ID to protect access locally. Deleting the app removes all app-related local data.

8. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, contact us and we will delete it.
