Terms of Use
TS File Explorer · Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using TS File Explorer (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes on devices you own or control.
3. In-App Purchases
The App is free to download. Optional Pro plans (monthly, yearly or lifetime) unlock all features and remove ads. Purchases are billed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's App Store terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Pro features are purchased through In-App Purchase and billed to your Apple ID by the App Store; we do not receive or store your payment information. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its refund policy.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the files you store, compress, or transfer with the app. Do not use the app to store or share illegal, infringing, or harmful content. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or bypass the app's protections or licensing mechanisms.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for reliability, we are not responsible for data loss — please keep backups of important files.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Third-Party Services
Cloud drives and other third-party services have their own terms. Your use of them is subject to their respective agreements.
9. Apple and Other Terms
The license agreement shown when you download the app — Apple's standard End User License Agreement or the Developer's custom license agreement — also governs your use of the app. The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and any claims relating to it, and Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded by law; if any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
